Led by Dionne Fleshman, TDG is a certified group of specialists that strive to make your jobs easier and more efficient. Whether you're faced with a complicated staffing contract, a public relations campaign, or management of a large scale event, TDG is here to serve you. We make sure to handle every detail, removing the stress and worry from your projects. While you focus on your vision, we will focus on the details and ensure continuous success for your company.


Along with tested strategies, TDG focuses on technologies and trends in all of our service lines. We position ourselves in the market in order to receive the most current training, procedures and practices so that we can best strategize for you. It is our goal to give you the best competitive edge in all the tasks you manage.

Ms. Fleshman has over eighteen years of business experience ranging from conducting classroom trainings to managing meetings to the development of advanced marketing materials.

She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience in all facets of the industry, including benefits, administration, payroll, recruitment, hiring and performance evaluations. In fact, she's currently studying for the Senior PHR exam.


She has also spent years as a conference and meeting manager, overseeing risk, travel and general logistics on a diversity of projects both within the private and government sectors. She currently oversees TDG as a whole, acts as a community liaison, recruits new business and finalizes client strategies.


Ms. Fleshman has been recognized as an Award of Professional Excellence in Human Resources Management Finalist (2010); '20 Under 40' Honoree (2009); Education Policy Fellow (2008-2009); Leadership South Carolina Member (2008); and Leadership Columbia Member (2007). Additionally, she is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management, Toastmasters International and the Rotary International Club.
